Are you tired of the usual chicken breasts? Then you have to try to make the chicken cut, which consists of a chicken breast, cooked in one whole piece with different spices on the grill and finally passed into the oven.
To make it even tastier, you can serve it with melted cheddar cheese.
CHICKEN CUT WITH MELTED CHEESE
Ingredients for 4 people: 700 g chicken breast – 1 lemon – oregano – sage – rosemary – bay leaf – salt and pepper – extra virgin olive oil – 5 cheddare cheese slices
Start by cutting the chicken breast in half, put it in a large bowl and marinate it with sage, rosemary, bay leaf, oregano, pepper, lemon juice and a little extra virgin olive oil.
Let the chicken marinate in this sauce for at least half an hour. The longer the marinade, the more the chicken will gather in taste.
After the time of marinating, cook the chicken on the very hot grill, turning it on all sides, taking care not to cook it completely, so you need to do this quickly.
Put the chicken breast in a pan, add salt and sprinkle with the leftover marinade. Finish cooking the chicken in a preheated ventilated oven at 200 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.
After the cooking time, let it cool 5 minutes, then cut it by making oblique cuts (or cutting it into very thick slices).
Quickly melt the cheddar cheese slices in a saucepan and pour over the chicken just before serving.
