Saving at home – Fried crunchy potato pancakes

Hi everyone!

These potato pancakes do not need to be commented… they are so delicious that they will stay on the table really a few minutes!

Another inexpensive, tasty and easy recipe!

Let’s start:

FRIED CRUNCHY POTATO PANCAKES

Ingredients for 4 people: 3 boiled potatoes – 1 onion – 1 clove of garlic – 50g of flour – 40 cl of milk – 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder – 2 eggs – sunflower oil or corn – salt and pepper

Preparation:

Wash and peel the potatoes.

Blend the potatoes with the onion and the garlic until you get a puree.

In a bowl, pour the egg yolks, flour, salt and eggs. Slowly add the milk and when the mixture is homogeneous add the onion, garlic and potato puree.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and add them gently to the mixture.

Heat the oil and when it is hot, pour a ladle of batter. Cook 6-7 minutes on each side, until the pancakes are golden brown.

Continue with this procedure until you finish the batter.
