EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
A quick recipe suitable for a last minute dinner or to be included in a buffet.
Stuffing them in two different ways, you will get a colorful dish that will bring joy.
Not needing any cooking, they are super fast to prepare.
COLD MULTICOLOR SWIVELS
Ingredients for 4 people: 4 slices of bread for sandwiches – 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise – 50 grams of cooked ham (or turkey) – 80 grams of mushrooms in oil – 80 grams of Philadelphia – 50 grams of bacon (or bresaola) – 30 g rocket salad (rucola)
Begin by rolling the slices of bread for sandwiches with a rolling pin.
Spread on a layer of mayonnaise on one bread for sandwiches, and Philadelphia on the other.
Spread a layer of cooked ham (or turkey) on the slice of bread with mayonnaise and one of bacon (or bresaola) on the one with Philadelphia.
Drain the mushrooms from the oil and place on the cooked ham (or turkey) and the washed and dried rocket salad (rucola) on the speck (or bresaola).
Roll gently on the short side, wrap in plastic wrap and store the stuffed rolls in the fridge for at least an hour.
Cut the rolls (still wrapped in the film) horizontally, forming swivels. Finally, remove the film.
Your multicolor swivels are ready!!!
