EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
Salmon noodles are a refined first course, with a smoked flavor softened by fresh cream.
Easy to prepare, they require few ingredients of excellent quality and are a perfect recipe for a dinner for two or with friends.
NOODLES WITH SALMON
Ingredients for 4 people: 320 g fresh tagliatelle – 100 g smoked salmon – 1/2 glass fresh cream – 50 g of butter – half a glass of whisky (optional) – a spoon of filtered lemon juice – salt and pepper
To prepare the salmon noodles, melt the butter in a large pan. Add the salmon cut into strips, mix gently and add the lemon juice. After a couple of minutes add the cream, half a glass of whiskey (optional), a pinch of salt and pepper and cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
Lessate le tagliatelle in abbondante acqua salata in ebollizione, scolatele al dente lasciandole un po’ umide e trasferitele nella padella con la salsa. Mescolate con delicatezza, fate insaporire a fuoco basso per un minuto quindi servite le tagliatelle al salmone ben calde.
Heat 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a pan with 1 clove of garlic (peeled), add the diced vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
Add to the vegetable ratatouille 200 g of canned chickpeas (dripped from the water), then the finelychopped mixed herbs (fennel, basil, marjoram), the cup of vegetable broth that you left aside and salt and pepper.
Continue cooking over low heat for another 5 minutes.
Season the couscous on a large serving plate with the vegetables and the chickpeas;
