Also today, with a few ingredients you can prepare a truly unique dessert!

Let’s start:

APPLE TART WITH PECANS AND MAPLE SYRUP

Ingredients for 4 people: 1 Package PUFF PASTRY (RECTANGULAR) – 3 APPLES – 30 g BUTTER – 2 tablespoons CANE SUGAR – MAPLE SYRUP

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180° C

Unroll the puff pastry and place it in a rectangular pan.

Poke holes on the base of the puff pastry.

Cut the apples into very thin slices and slightly overlap each other.

Melt the butter in the microwave or in a double boiler and pour it on the apples.

Sprinkle the apples with granulated sugar and bake for 25 minutes.

Once the cake is ready, pour over the roughly crumbled nuts and sprinkle with maple syrup.

Saving at home – Chocolate roll (king’s salami)

Here we are with another irresistible dessert

The chocolate roll is an easy and quick to prepare cake. There are many versions, the most famous is perhaps the so-called Salami of the king which is prepared with chocolate, custard and alchermes

In this recipe we will use Nutella for practicality and we will not put alchermes so that even children can eat it without problems.

Let’s start:

CHOCOLATE ROLL (KING’S SALAMI)

Ingredients for 4 people: 3 whole eggs – 130 g flour 00 – 200 g sugar – 2 teaspoons baking powder – 50 ml milk – 300 g Nutella – powdered sugar

Preparation:

Beat the eggs with the sugar in a large bowl. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add it slowly to the whipped eggs continuing to beat with the electric whisk. Then add the milk, continue to whip until you mix well all the ingredients and get a smooth mixture.

In the oven pan roll out a sheet of parchment paper, make sure that the edges are covered and pour the batter leveling it across the surface. Bake for about 8 minutes in the oven at 220 º C.

Lay another sheet of parchment paper on the table and turn over the dough. Remove the parchment paper that you used for cooking.

(If desired at this stage you can wet the dough with the alchermes – 100 ml of quality alchermes, 50 ml of water or use the same amount of juice). If you prefer, you can also leave it as it is without adding any of the two.

Spread the Nutella all over the surface then, using the oven paper, roll the dough from the long side to get the roll and let it rest covered in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

Dust with powdered sugar (if you have used the alchermes in the inside, you can also use it outside to give a little ‘color). The Nutella roll is ready to be cut into slices and served.

Saving at home – Nutella Crumble cake

The Nutella crumble cake is a delicious cake filled with the most popular chocolate cream.

There are many variations of this recipe, but in any way it will always be a delicious dessert for a hearty breakfast.

Let’s start:

NUTELLA CRUMBLE CAKE

Ingredients for 4 people: 400 g of flour 00 – 2 eggs – 150 g of cold butter – 140 g of brown sugar – 2 teaspoons of yeast – 300 g of Nutella

Preparation:

Prepare the Nutella crumbled base.

Cut the butter into cubes and work it quickly with the flour.

Add the brown sugar, the eggs, the baking powder and mix everything with the tips of your fingers until you get a crumbled mixture.

Grease a pan about 25 cm in diameter and pour half of the dough.

Spread the Nutella leaving at least 1 cm from the edge and cover with the rest of the dough.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30/40 minutes. The crumbled Nutella is delicious both warm and cold, perhaps with a scoop of ice cream next to it.
