Saving at home – Fruit, yogurt and ricotta popsicles

EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

Hi everyone!

A healthy dessert, that will please young and old. Even these are ready in no time!!!
You only have to calculate 8 hours before you can serve them, the time they have to stay in the freezer.

You’re gonna need some popsicle/ice cream molds.

Let’s start:

FRUIT, YOGURT AND RICOTTA AND POPSICLES

Ingredients for 4 people: 120 g yogurt – 80 g of Ricotta – 130 g of raspberries – 30 g of blueberries – 2 bunches of red currant – 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar. To decorate: 100 g white chocolate – 15 g chopped pistachios

Preparation:

Mix the yogurt, ricotta and powdered sugar in a bowl.

Wash the raspberries, keep aside about 20 and crush the rest with a fork to get a smooth cream.

Wash the blueberries and currants by removing them from the branch.

Put the ricotta and yogurt mixture in the popsicle moulds alternating with fruit and raspberry pulp. Repeat the procedure for all moulds.

Place the moulds in the freezer with the wooden stick inserted for at least 8 hours.

Once the popsicles are ready, melt the white chocolate in a double boiler.

Remove the popsicles from the moulds, roll them out on a chopping board and brush with melted white chocolate. Pour into the melted chocolate the pistachio nuts so that they adhere well to the popsicle.
