Saving at home – Homemade ice cream (4) Pistachio

EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN

Hello everyone!

Here we are at our fourth homemade ice cream, today let’s see how to do it with pistachio flavor. Even today, with very few ingredients (if you find very sweet fruit, you can avoid adding sugar), you will get an excellent ice cream without using the ice cream maker. My version is vegan, but if you prefer you can add a little whipped cream to make this ice cream even more tasty and nutritious.

Let’s start:

HOMEMADE ICE CREAM (4) PISTACHIO

This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is image-44.png

Ingredients for 4 people: 100 g natural pistachios (unsalted) – 300 ml soya or almond milk – 160 g agave syrup or other sweetener

Preparation:

Pour all the ingredients into a blender.

Stop it when it has reached the consistency you prefer (more or less grainy).

Pour the mixture into ice molds and place them in the freezer. Once frozen, take them out and put them back in the mixer.

Blend again.

Add a little milk to make the process easier.

Put the mixture in a container and back in the freezer. If you want a rather creamy ice cream,

I suggest you take it out of the freezer half an hour before serving. Decorate with whole or chopped pistachios.

For a more creamier consistence, I suggest that you take the ice cream outside of the freezer a half hour before serving.

Enjoy your meal!

Saving at home – Homemade ice cream (3) Banana and chocolate

EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN

Hello everyone!

Sorry for being late on yesterday’s recipe…

Here we are at our second homemade ice cream, today let’s see how to do it with a chocolate and banana flavor.

Even today, with very few ingredients (if you find very sweet fruit, you can also avoid adding sugar), you will get an excellent ice cream without using an ice cream maker.

Also today’s version is vegan, but if you prefer you can add a little whipped cream to make this ice cream even more tasty and nutritious.

Let’s start:

HOMEMADE ICE CREAM (3) BANANA AND CHOCOLATE

This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is image-42.png

Ingredients for 4 people: 300 g bananas – 50 g chopped dark chocolate – 30 g unsweetened cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon of almond milk

Preparation:

Cut the bananas into small pieces and freeze them (it will take at least 8 hours).

As previously mentioned, the use of banana in ice cream recipes made without an ice cream maker allows you to have a consistency closer to ice cream than to sorbet.

But if you don’t like the taste of bananas very much, for this recipe it will be fine to replace them with the same amount of pears. Put the bananas (or pears), bitter cocoa and soy milk in the mixer and blend until smooth and creamy. If you want, you can safely add 1 teaspoon of sugar or other sweetener.

Finally add the dark chocolate cut into small pieces and mix with a spoon.

Pour the mixture into small glasses or molds and return to the freezer until ready to serve.

I suggest to leave the ice cream out of the freezer for about half an hour before serving, so that it will be of a more creamy consistence.

Enjoy your meal!

Today we will see how to do it with berries. Again, with very few ingredients (you can also not add sugar if you find very sweet fruit), you will get an excellent ice cream without using the ice cream maker.

My version is vegan, but if you prefer you can add a little whipped cream to make this ice cream even more tasty and nutritious.

Ingredients for 4 people: 120 g of strawberries – 120 g blueberries – 120 g raspberries – 120 g blackberries

Preparation:

Freeze all berries (this will take at least 8 hours).

For convenience I put 120 g per fruit, but in reality, you can decide the quantity according to your preferences.

Put them all in the mixer and blend until you get a smooth and creamy cream.

If you want, you can safely add 1 teaspoon of sugar or other sweetener.

Pour the mixture into small glasses or molds and return to the freezer until ready to serve.
