EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
Pandoro and Nutella truffles are very easy sweets to prepare, especially if you have unexpected guests for dinner. They don’t need cooking or resting, twenty minutes and that’s it. The only problem is that they disappear in a flash, so I advise you to double dose, like this, on trust. 😉
Pandoro is a typical Italian Christmas sweet. If you can’t find it, you can replace it with a simple teatime cake (quite spongy).
PANDORO AND NUTELLA TRUFFLES
Ingredients for 4 people: 150 g pandoro (or cake) – 110 g Nutella – coconut powder
Chop finely the Pandoro (or cake) with a mixer.
Add the Nutella and mix everything. You will need to obtain a soft, compact mixture, if the mixture is too crumbly, add more Nutella.
Form your truffles, (if you want them all of the same measure, you can use a spoon to dose them).
Pass them in the coconut and serve.
Enjoy your meal!
