Saving at home – Puff pastry strips with pesto and parmesan cheese

Hi everyone!

Here we are with another easy recipe to give a touch of joy to your APPETIZERS with friends or even to enjoy as a quick snack.

Let’s start:

PUFF PASTRY STRIPS WITH PESTO AND PARMESAN CHEESE

Ingredients for 4 people: 1 roll of puff pastry – 2 spoons pesto – Grated Parmesan – 1 egg yolk

Preparation:

Spread the pesto evenly on the puff pastry, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Fold the dough in two and cut strips about 1cm wide.

Now twist each strip, holding one end motionless and turning the other.

Place your braids on a baking tray, brush with the egg and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 10 minutes at 180° C.
