Saving at home – Tuna quiche

Hi everyone!

We are used to the classic savory pies made with cheese and vegetables.

Today we will prepare a version with a tuna filling. Another recipe ready in no time and extremely tasty.

Let’s start:

TUNA QUICHE

Ingredients for 4 people: 1 package of round puff pastry – 2 packages of 80 g olive oil tuna – 150 g grated Emmenthal – 40 g grated Parmesan – 100 ml of liquid fresh cream – 3 eggs – a sprig of parsley

Preparation:

Light the oven at 200 º; line a cake tin 24 cm in diameter with parchment paper and then with the pastry, Let the edges adhere well by crushing them with a fork then pricked with the tines the bottom of the dough and cook for about 15 minutes so that the dough dries a little without taking too much color.

Put the eggs and cream in a bowl, beat well, add the tuna well drained and chopped, the cheese and chopped parsley, beat a little more and pour the mixture over the pasta.

Put the pan back in the oven and cook until the surface is swollen and golden. You can enjoy it both warm and at room temperature.

Saving at home – Spinach pie (Francia)

This French pie, the quiche has a base consisting of brisée dough, while the filling varies according to one’s taste.

There are several quiche recipes, like the most famous Quiche Lorraine, but I love spinach, so today we’ll see how to prepare the spinach version.

Being delicious even cold, it is also a great recipe to prepare for a trip out of town or placed in a buffet.

Let’s start:

SPINACH PIE (FRANCE)

Ingredients for 4 people: 500 grams of spinach – 250 grams of brisee pasta – 2 eggs – 150 ml of milk – 50 grams of Parmesan – salt – pepper – 1 knob of butter

Preparation:

Clean the spinach, then steam it for a couple of minutes.

Then sauté in a pan with a knob of butter and add salt. Turn off the heat and let cool.

Mix in a bowl the milk, eggs, parmesan, salt and pepper.

Roll out a sheet of brisée dough about 3 mm thick and roll it on a cake tin covered with parchment paper

Distribute the spinach evenly on the brisée pastry.

Pour the mixture over the spinach.

Fold the dough all around forming a cord. Bake the quiche with spinach in the oven already hot and cook at 180 º a.s. for about 30 minutes.

Serve the spinach quiche warm.

La borsetta del risparmio – Quiche agli spinaci (Francia)

OGNI GIORNO: UNA RICETTA FACILE – VELOCE – ED ECONOMICA – PER TUTTI

Buongiorno a tutti.

Torta francese, la quiche ha una base composta da pasta brisée, mentre la farcitura varia a seconda dei gusti.

Esistono diverse ricette della quiche, come la più famosa Quiche Lorraine, ma io adoro gli spinaci, quindi oggi vedremo come preparare la quiche agli spinaci.

Essendo buonissima anche fredda, è anche un ottima ricetta da preparare per una gita fuori porta o da inserire in un buffet.

Cominciamo!

QUICHE AGLI SPINACI (FRANCIA)

Ingredienti per 4 persone: 500 gr di spinaci – 250 gr di pasta brisee – 2 uova – 150 ml di latte – 50 gr di parmigiano – sale – pepe – 1 noce di burro

Preparazione:

Pulite gli spinaci, poi cuoceteli al vapore per un paio di minuti.

Poi fateli saltare in padella con una noce di burro ed aggiungete il sale. Spegnete la fiamma e fate raffreddare.

Mescolate in una ciotola il latte, le uova, il parmigiano, sale e pepe.

Stendete una sfoglia di pasta brisée dello spessore di 3 mm circa e stendetela su una tortiera ricoperta di carta forno. Distribuire uniformemente gli spinaci sulla sfoglia di pasta brisée.

Versare il composto sugli spinaci.

Ripiegare la pasta tutto intorno formando un cordoncino. Infornare la quiche agli spinaci in forno già caldo e fate cuocere a 180° per circa 30 minuti.

Servire la quiche agli spinaci tiepida.
