Today we will see how to prepare an easy and amazing appetizer: a tart with fresh tomatoes, salad and mozzarella cheese. The dough will be prepared with flour, eggs, milk, oil, grated parmesan and yeast for savory pies, while for the filling we used spreadable cheese, cherry tomatoes, salad, corn and mortadella (or turkey).

However, it is a very versatile recipe: you can decorate this tart with the ingredients you prefer or have in the fridge.

But here’s how to prepare it to amaze your guests: also excellent for parties and served as an appetizer.

Let’s start:

TART WITH FRESH TOMATOES, SALAD AND MOZZARELLA CHEESE

Ingredients for 4 people: 220 g 00 flour – 3 eggs – 100 ml milk – 100 ml seed oil – 50 g grated Parmesan cheese – 10 g yeast for savory pies – 1 pinch of fine salt for the decoration: 200 g cream cheese like Philadelphia – cherry tomatoes – rocket – corn – mortadella (or turkey)

Preparation:

Beat the eggs with the salt and pepper, then add the Parmesan, flour, milk and oil and mix everything with a hand whisk until the mixture is smooth.

Pour the mixture into a smart tart mold lined at the base with parchment paper, level and cook at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.

Once ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool. remove the base from the mold and fill it: roll out the cream cheese, then decorate it with the cherry tomatoes, SALAD, mozzarella, corn and mortadella (or turkey) or whatever you like.
