EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
Here we are with another delicious recipe: zucchini and tuna sauce.
Even this recipe is really easy to prepare and it will be an original way to serve zucchini on the table!
ZUCCHINI IN TUNA SAUCE
Ingredients for 4 people: 600 g zucchini – 70 g mayonnaise – capers in salt – 190 g canned tuna in drained oil – 2 anchovy fillets in oil – pickled cucumbers in vinegar – extra virgin olive oil
Clean the zucchini and cut into thin strips (2-3 mm). You can also cut them in squares if you find it more practical.
Grill them on a lightly greased hot grill for 1-2 MINUTES per side.
Blend the tuna with a spoonful of rinsed capers, salt and anchovies. Then mix it with mayonnaise, to obtain the tuna sauce.
Serve the zucchini with the sauce, garnishing the serving dish with pickled cucumbers (cut into small pieces), and capers.
If you prefer, you can serve the sauce aside.
