If you’re in a hurry, there’s nothing like a healthy smoothie to start your day right.

All you need is some ripe bananas and the addition of oats, to obtain an impressive and delicious result with a splendid, rich texture: the smoothie.

Let this colorful, vitaminrich shake brighten your day!

Let’s start:

BANANA AND OAT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients for 4 people: 2 BANANAS – 1/3 cup oat flakes – 1 cup blueberries – juice of two oranges – 1/4 cup yogurt (also soy)

Preparation:

Peel the bananas and put them in a blender, along with the other ingredients.

Blend until you have obtained a smooth and homogeneous mixture.

Pour into a glass, decorate with a few banana slices and blueberries and enjoy.

Enjoy your meal!
