BANANA AND OAT SMOOTHIE
Ingredients for 4 people: 2 BANANAS – 1/3 cup oat flakes – 1 cup blueberries – juice of two oranges – 1/4 cup yogurt (also soy)
Peel the bananas and put them in a blender, along with the other ingredients.
Blend until you have obtained a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Pour into a glass, decorate with a few banana slices and blueberries and enjoy.
