Hi everyone!

Yesterday we saw how to prepare the classic chocolate salami.

Today we will see how to prepare a delicious chocolate salami without eggs and without butter, suitable for lactose intolerant like me.

Let’s start:

CHOCOLATE SALAMI WITHOUT EGGS AND WITHOUT BUTTER

Ingredients for 4 people: 200 g digestive biscuits – 50 g sugar – 200 g dark chocolate – 50 g coconut flour – 50 g milk (YOU CAN also use soy milk) or water.

Preparation:

Cut the dark chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a double boiler or in the microwave.

In a large bowl put all the other ingredients present in the jar.

Add the melted chocolate and milk (or water).

Mix everything until you have a homogeneous mixture.

Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of aluminum foil. With your hands make a sausage. Compact well and close the ends.

Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours.

p.s. if you want you can replace the coconut flour with hazelnuts and / or pistachios.
