The original recipe includes the use of salami, which you can also replace with turkey in order to have a lighter dish.
QUICK PASTA RECIPE
Ingredients for 4 people: butter gr 20 – 1/2 glass of milk – cream 200 gr – salami 200 gr in small cubes (or turkey) – provola 300 gr in cubes – gorgonzola cheese 50 gr in cubes – parmesan 100 gr – short pasta gr 400 – pepper – coarse salt
Cook the penne in a pot filled with salted water. In a large pan sauté the provola cheese (or other cheese that melts easily) cut into small cubes in butter until golden brown.
Add the milk and Gorgonzola cheese also cut in cubes, stir until the cheese is melted.
Add the provola cheese and cook for 2 minutes stirring continuously.
Pour the cream, let it heat and pepper to taste.
Drain the pasta and pour into the pan, serve immediately with plenty of parmesan.
